How can community life enhance our ability to change?

13.07.2018 / 11:30 AM – 1 PM and 14.07.2018 / 3 PM- 5 PM

With Edit Fabulya

How is our birth connected to the basic pattern of resilience and our ability to create change? As the first normative crisis, birth is our primal experience that defines the development and ability of resilience.

This WS will be about personal experiences of birth and other changes in our life; about our patterns of reactions, and how can we develop our attitude toward change. Living a new life in an ecovillage involves continuous change and our patterns can define our behaviour and reactions to it. In exchange community life supports our efforts to change and heal ourselves. It is open for everyone who is interested in the personal level of change, especially parents and group facilitators.
